We want your RudeCuppa order to arrive looking sharp and ready to cause the right kind of trouble. This page explains when returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations may apply.

1. Introduction
1.1. This Refunds and Returns Policy explains when RudeCuppa.com may accept returns, offer refunds, issue replacements, or cancel orders.
1.2. By placing an order with RudeCuppa.com, you agree to this policy.
1.3. Please check your order carefully before buying — especially mug size, design, wording, personalisation, delivery address, and quantity.

2. Contact Us Before Returning Anything
2.1. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first.
2.2. To start a return, refund, or replacement request, email info@rudecuppa.com.
2.3. Please include: your name, order number, email address used at checkout, a clear description of the issue, and clear photos if the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
2.4. We will review the information and let you know the next steps.
3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
3.1. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
3.2. Please include clear photos showing the issue.
3.3. If approved, we may offer: a replacement, refund, partial refund, or other suitable solution.
3.4. We may need to inspect photos or request the item be returned before approving a refund or replacement.
3.5. We cannot usually resolve damaged or incorrect item claims without photos.
4. Made-to-Order, Personalised and Custom Mugs
4.1. Many RudeCuppa mugs may be made to order. Personalised or custom mugs are made specifically for the customer and cannot usually be returned or refunded unless faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
4.2. This includes mugs with: custom names, custom wording, customer-supplied artwork, photos, personal jokes, design requests, or any customer-specific personalisation.
4.3. Customers are responsible for checking spelling, names, wording, design details, mug size, and delivery address before ordering.
4.4. We are not responsible for customer-submitted mistakes once production has started.
5. Change of Mind Returns
5.1. Standard non-personalised items may be eligible for return where allowed by applicable consumer law. Items must be unused and in original condition.
5.2. Made-to-order, personalised, or custom products cannot usually be returned simply because you changed your mind.
5.3. Please contact us before returning anything so we can confirm eligibility.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Unless faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we cannot usually accept returns for: personalised mugs, custom design mugs, made-to-order items, used items, items damaged after delivery, items returned without approval, or items where the issue is caused by customer error such as wrong wording, wrong name, wrong size, or incorrect delivery address.
7. Cancellations
7.1. If you want to cancel an order, email info@rudecuppa.com as soon as possible.
7.2. We cannot guarantee cancellation once production, personalisation, packing, or dispatch has started.
7.3. If the order has not started production, we may be able to cancel and refund it. If production has started or it is a personalised item, cancellation may not be possible.
8. Return Shipping
8.1. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on what to do next.
8.2. Depending on the situation, customers may be responsible for return postage costs.
8.3. If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will explain the appropriate return/replacement process.
8.4. Delivery costs are not always refundable unless required by law or unless the issue is our fault. We recommend using a tracked postage service for returns.
9. Refund Process
9.1. Refunds are reviewed after we receive the required information and, where needed, inspect photos or the item.
9.2. We will let you know if your refund is approved or rejected.
9.3. If approved, refunds will normally be made to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
9.4. If only part of an order is affected, we may offer a partial refund or replacement for that item only.
10. Missing or Late Refunds
10.1. If we have confirmed a refund but you have not received it: check your bank account, contact your bank or card provider, and allow time for processing.
10.2. If you have done this and still have not received the refund, email info@rudecuppa.com.
11. Late or Delayed Orders
11.1. Most normal orders usually take around 5 working days total. Manufacturing usually takes 1–4 working days; delivery usually takes 3–5 working days depending on the postage company.
11.2. Delays can happen during busy periods, Christmas, bank holidays, bad weather, or courier disruption. We recommend ordering in plenty of time.
11.3. Delivery delays caused by postage companies, couriers, weather, strikes, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control are not automatically grounds for a refund.

12. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
12.1. Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout.
12.2. We are not responsible for failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
12.3. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address or non-collection, extra postage may be required to resend it.
13. Product Images, Colours and Size Differences
13.1. Product images are for guidance only. Colours may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting, mockups, and production methods.
13.2. Mug sizes such as 11oz and 15oz are approximate manufacturer sizes. Slight differences in colour, placement, or finish are not usually considered a fault unless the product is clearly incorrect or not as described.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refunds and Returns Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. The policy in place at the time of your order will usually apply to that order.
