4. Offensive, Rude and Adult Humour Products
4.1. RudeCuppa.com sells funny, rude, sarcastic, and adult humour mugs. Some products may contain wording or humour that some people may find offensive.
4.2. Customers are responsible for checking product wording, images, and suitability before ordering.
4.3. We are not responsible if a recipient, workplace, family member, or third party finds a product offensive after it has been ordered.
4.4. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any product or custom request that we consider unlawful, hateful, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise unsuitable.
5. Personalised and Custom Mugs
5.1. Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalised details are correct before submitting an order — including spelling, names, dates, wording, images, and design placement.
5.2. We are not responsible for mistakes submitted by the customer.
5.3. Personalised and custom mugs cannot normally be returned or refunded unless faulty, damaged, or incorrectly produced by us.
5.4. By sending us artwork, images, logos, names, or designs, you confirm you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe anyone else’s rights.
5.5. Design work can take 2–4 days depending on complexity. Email info@rudecuppa.com.
6. Orders
6.1. Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt only — they do not guarantee production or dispatch.
6.2. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund an order where necessary.
6.3. Please check your order details carefully before checkout.
6.4. If you notice a mistake after placing an order, contact info@rudecuppa.com immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
7. Prices and Payments
7.1. Prices are shown in GBP (£) and may change at any time without notice.
7.2. Payment must be made at the time of ordering.
7.3. We use third-party payment providers to process payments securely. We do not store full card details.
7.4. If a pricing error is discovered, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund, or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.
8. Manufacturing, Dispatch and Delivery
8.1. RudeCuppa mugs may be made to order. Manufacturing usually takes 1–4 working days.
8.2. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days depending on the postage company. Most normal orders take around 5 working days total, but this is not guaranteed.
8.3. Please order in plenty of time, especially for birthdays, retirement, Christmas, or Secret Santa.
8.4. We are not responsible for delays caused by postage companies, couriers, bad weather, postal strikes, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.

9. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

9.3. We cannot usually accept returns for personalised, custom, or made-to-order products unless faulty, damaged, or incorrectly produced by us.
9.4. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, email us with name, order number, email used at checkout, description, and clear photos.
9.5. Refunds, where approved, will normally be made to the original payment method.
10. Customer-Supplied Artwork and Intellectual Property
10.1. All content on RudeCuppa.com belongs to RudeCuppa.com or its suppliers unless stated otherwise. You must not copy, reproduce, sell, or use our designs without permission.
10.2. If you send us artwork, logos, images, or designs, you confirm you own the rights and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights.
10.3. You agree to be responsible for any claims arising from customer-supplied content. We reserve the right to refuse content that may create legal risk.
11. Discount Codes and Promotions
11.1. Discount codes, offers, and promotions may be changed, withdrawn, or refused at any time and cannot usually be applied retrospectively.
11.2. We reserve the right to cancel orders where a discount code or promotion has been misused.
